Newcrest Mining Limited and Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, through their 50:50 Wafi-Golpu Joint Venture (WGJV), are proposing to progress the Wafi-Golpu Project (the Project) which includes the establishment of a temporary batching plant (for concrete and shotcrete products) and a mobile aggregate crushing, washing, and screening plant (including the operation and maintenance of both facilities).

The Wafi-Golpu Project is a potential future greenfield copper-gold underground mine located in the Morobe province of PNG. The batching and aggregate packages support the construction of the future underground portal and other numerous minor civil construction scopes across site (by Others).

To support the development of the Nambonga Project, a number of service support packages are being considered for tendering, subject to future approval being obtained.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites response from interested Respondents that can demonstrate relevant experience and have sufficient, available and capable resources and equipment that wish to participate in any future tender package for the Project.

To be considered, interested Companies are requested to respond to this EOI by no later than Wednesday 8 August 2018.
