Expressions of Interest - Lease of Kiosk Evans Head NSW

⁠⁠⁠The Principal and its contractor operate Evans Head Holiday Park on the Reserve. Co-located on the same site is a kiosk which has historically serviced members of the public and patrons of the holiday park. The kiosk premises has a prime position beside the Evans River and the township. A suitable operator has the opportunity to service a popular tourist location and enjoy the patronage of the holiday park guests.

The Principal is open to a number of options in relation to the structure of the lease. These include (1) the level of capital improvement to the site, and (2) the term of the lease; and (3) the mechanism of calculating rent.

The Principal welcomes submissions that include a capital contribution for improvements to the site. Naturally, more favourable rent and lease terms would be considered where this is the case. An indication of potential improvements to the site is provided, however, alternative design or levels of improvement would be considered.

Fundamentally, the successful proponent will be selected based on the perceived highest return (financial and non-financial) to the Principal.
