Lower Marshes Road, Stabilisation & Seal Lower Marshes

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably experienced contractors for the stabilisation and reseal works to approximately 760m of Lower Marshes Road. Only accredited members of the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilising Association, AustStab, will be considered. Tender documents can be obtained by contracting Council’s Works Manager, Mr Jason Branch between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 0423 725 198.

Tenders will be received by the undersigned, Council Offices, Tarleton Street Hamilton until 4:00pm on Friday 3rd August 2018.

Late tender will be dealt with in accordance with Council’s Code of Tenders and Contracts. Facsimile or email tenders will not be received.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
