Expression of Interest for Various School Projects Within the Wagga Wagga Catholic Diocese

⁠⁠⁠The Catholic Education Office Wagga Wagga invites fully qualified and experienced organisations to register their Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the proposed projects as listed below.
1. Wagga Wagga – Sacred Heart Primary School – Refurbishment and New Administration Area.
2. Wagga Wagga – Mater Dei Primary School – Construction and Refurbishment of New General Learning Areas.
3. Wagga Wagga – CSO Offices McAlroy House –Refurbishment and Fit-Out.
4. Wagga Wagga West – Holy Trinity Primary School – Construction of New General Learning Areas and Administration Staff Upgrade.
5. Holbrook – St Patricks Primary School – Refurbishment, Alterations and Additions to New Administration and Staff Areas
6. Lavington – Holy Spirit Primary School – Construction and Refurbishment of New building between Blocks A & B, and Acoustic Treatments to General Learning Areas
7. Griffith – Marion College – TAS Renovations

All projects will be run as separate works during 2018/2019.

Final projects selected to be confirmed at time of EOI.

All respondents are to register their EOI to tenders@rpma.com.au.

After Registration the Respondent will be forwarded an invitation the Google Drive to access EOI Documentation.

Registrations for Expressions of Interest close on 26th July, 2018.

EOI documentation must be obtained prior to attending the mandatory site meetings (dates and times to be advised upon distribution of EOI Documentation after registration).
