Project Management Services – Building & Construction Industry “Sunrise Apartments” 17 Uriarra Road, Queanbeyan
Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified multi-storey building and construction professionals to provide Project Management services for a Strata complex in Queanbeyan, NSW.
The tilt-slab constructed complex comprises four blocks of up to four storeys and basement, with 80 units in total. The Project Manager will be required to: Develop a Scope of Works Review and advise on Tenders/Quotes Provide independent oversight of the works Advise on variations identified during the project.
