Playground Inspection and Minor Repair Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Kalamunda is inviting tenders for the following:

RFT 1812 Playground Inspections and Minor Repair Services

Works include:

Scope A: (annual and compliance auditing)
Playground inspections annually (every 12 months);
Minimum Australian Standards, Australian/New Zealand Standards (AS) compliance checks against condition and industry best practice, as part of those inspections; and Report faults, non-compliance and recommend repairs;
Scope B: (maintenance and repairs)
Undertake minor servicing and repairs, as part of those inspections; and Promptly undertake repair and replacement works at the direction of the City.

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the City of Kalamunda's e-tendering portal located on TenderLink

Deadline for tenders to be submitted is no later than 2.00pm Tuesday 14 August 2018.

Mailed, Electronic (email) mailed Tenders, hand delivered and tenders submitted by facsimile or telephone will not be accepted.

Tenders received after the due time and date will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any City of Kalamunda Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenders from the Tender process.
