Tender Description
The Rockhampton Diocesan Catholic Education Office (RCEO) is inviting principal contractors to express interest for construction works at St. Joseph's School in Clermont. The project consist of extension to Library, new amenities and associated works.
Expressions of interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.
From the EOI's received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor, (The Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of R'ton T A Catholic Education Diocese of R'ton). The RCEO can provide a guide on the criteria for selection, upon request to the Architect.
