Tender Description
Edward River Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contracting firm with proven previous experience in the successful delivery of (Design & Construct) refurbishment works within aquatic facilities to undertake works to refurbish the main swimming pool (50m x 15.5m), Learners swimming pool (20m x 10m) and the toddlers pool (12.2m x 6.5m) including undertaking works to associated plant equipment.
This is a Construct contract with elements of design required based on a fixed price Lump Sum contract.
