⁠⁠⁠Investigation, design and construction required to widen/overlay and reconstruct Great Northern Highway Section 1 between SLK 2922 and 2930, Optional Works Section 2 between SLK 2930 and 2940, and Optional Works Section 2 between SLK 2940 and 2950 including associated drainage works, and bridges at Tickalara creek and Frog Hollow creek.

Pre-qualification: Tenderers must be pre-qualified Roadworks R4 and Bridgeworks B2

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code) applies to the building work associated with this project. By submitting an expression of interest in, or tender for, this project, you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016. “It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2016, at the time of the EOI closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.

Tenderers intending to submit a bid as a Joint Venture must review the additional requirements as outlined by Section 26(1)(f) of the Fair Work (Building Industry – Accreditation Scheme) Regulation 2016 by the Federal Safety Commission (located at http://www.fsc.gov.au).”
