Preferred Supplier Arrangement - Ground Engaging Tools to Gympie Regional Council

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders for the supply and delivery of Ground Engaging Tools (Mower Blades/Cutting Edges/Road Sweeping Brooms) in order to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) with the successful tenderer.

It is Council’s intention to establish a PSA for a period of one (1) year. However, Council may, by giving written notice to the Tenderer, extend the term of the PSA for a further 2 terms of 12 months at the sole discretion of Council based on, but not limited to, performance, pricing, and delivery.

If the process is to establish a PSA, the PSA is not a guarantee that Council will order any quantity of the whole or any part of the goods and or services specified in the specification which forms part of the Request for Tender. A PSA may be awarded to one or more suppliers based on the most advantageous outcome for Council.

Tender Responses must be submitted via the QTenders website https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/ no later than 2:00PM, Tuesday 14 August 2018.

Late Tenders will not be considered.
