Maitland Town Hall Clock Tower Conservation Works

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to select experienced specialist contractors to undertake conservation work on the Clock Tower on Maitland Town Hall.

The current scope includes, but it not limited to;
1. Site Establishment and disestablishment,
2. Scaffolding,
3. Termite repairs,
4. Repairs to all floors,
5. Repairs to the cupola, including replacement of all covering, hatches and flag pole,
6. Drainage improvements (box gutter, down pipes, clock faces),
7. Balustrade repairs,
8. Internal brickwork and stonework repairs,
9. Restoration of clock faces,
10. Repairs to external render,
11. Electrical and lighting upgrade,
12. Safety upgrade, and
13. External painting.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on Tuesday 14th August 2018.
