AFC000056 - Adelaide Festival Centre Trust (AFCT) plans to engage an ICT services organisation to provide IT infrastructure, cloud services and management services. The selected Supplier will partner with the in-house ICT team to deliver high quality and cost-effective services aligned with AFCT strategic objectives.

The AFCT's current IT infrastructure within the scope of this ITS includes:
* Cloud based servers, storage, networking and security supporting all AFCT business applications (approximately 56 Microsoft Servers and 13 Linux Servers/network appliances)
* On premises infrastructure comprising HyperV with virtual Microsoft and Linux servers.
* Data backup and recovery environment including Microsoft Azure and onsite HyperV

The overall objective is to select a partner to work with the SAFCT in house team to provide cutting edge and cost effective ICT infrastructure and management services aligned with AFCT business objectives. Objectives include:
* improved infrastructure performance and end user experience

* improved value for money for both infrastructure and management services
