Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions to build in a current undercroft in Block N to provide four (4) new classrooms and covert two (2) classrooms in Block E (SE18 & SE19) into science labs at Kelvin Grove State College located on L'Estrange Terrace, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059 as part of the Six Full Cohort (6FC) program.
The existing undercroft (Block N) is currently being used as a covered outdoor lunch area and will be converted into four (4) new classrooms. The space will be immediately available and is required to be completed by December 2018. Block E is currently being used as classroom space and will be coverted into two (2) new science labs. The site will be available for possession at the beginning of November and is required to be complete by the start of term, January 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3 with certified third-party Quality Assurance and a valid QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
