Council invites appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the construction of mountain bike trails near St Helens in NE Tasmania.

1) St Helens Mountain Bike Trail Network, Loila Tier, St Helens and
2) Bay of Fires Descent, Poimena to Swimcart Beach

Tender documents will be available from 9.00am AEST Monday 16 July 2018 and can be obtained by registering on Council’s website under the “Tenders” section at the following link http://www.bodc.tas.gov.au/council/tender alternatively you can contact Council’s Trails Project Manager on 6376 7900 or via email ben.pettman@bodc.tas.gov.au

A non-compulsory Pre-Tender meeting will be held at the Break O’Day Council Chambers at 10.00 AEST am on Monday 23 July 2018.

Tenders close at 2.00 pm AEST on Thursday 9 August 2018. Tenders are to be sealed in an envelope, marked with the Contract Number and Title, and either delivered to Council offices on Georges Bay Esplanade, St Helens; posted to 32-34 Georges Bay Esplanade, St Helens, Tas, 7216 or emailed to admin@bodc.tas.gov.au.

Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
