ANMM Maintenance Store

⁠⁠⁠The ANMM has identified the necessity for the replacement of the current Sea Water Heat rejection equipment, with the proposed installation of Cooling Towers in a dedicated plantroom. These systems are used to cool the HVAC equipment and systems.

The Cooling Tower plantroom is to be located in the current FASSS Workshop at the northern end of the ANMM building. To enable this, the maintenance staff and their equipment is to be located to this proposed FASSS Maintenance Store.

The proposed FASSS Maintenance Store is to be constructed in the now obsolete Dark Room and adjacent space of the Photography Laboratory in the northern end of L1 of the Wharf 7 building, and accessed independently from doors to the wharf lane. As part of this contract, modification to the Photography Laboratory will required fitout works here.
