Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Wednesday 1 August 2018. Submissions received after the closing date may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite Tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
