Tender Description
The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage manages the State Government's Crown land portfolio. Land assets are made available for disposal where they are surplus to government's operational requirements, and activation by the private sector represents optimal future use in the interest of the State.
53 Curtin Avenue Cottesloe is currently underutilised, and LandCorp have been appointed to assist in its possible disposal.
