Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for the Provision of Preventative Pool Maintenance Services at 3 aquatic centres (Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope and Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton). The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of 2 x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.

There are 3 aquatic venues that require Preventative Pool Maintenance Services. The site details are
* Blacktown Aquatic Centre, 4 Boyd Street Blacktown NSW 2148
* Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope, Corner Sentry Drive & Stanhope Parkway Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768
* Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton, 35 Jersey Road Emerton NSW 2770.

At each venue, there are 3 specialised areas of maintenance required for plant services. This includes
* Pool Maintenance – Plant Room Services
* Mechanical Services – Gas Fired Boilers and Furnaces
* Pool Maintenance – Chemical Dosing units and associated equipment
