The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Prequalified Asphalt Contractors to Supply, Cart and Lay Asphalt for sites:
Site 25 - 403 South Pine Road
Site 31 - U88 Sandgate Road
Site 38 - U19 East West Arterial
Site 51 - U91 Redland Sub-Arterial
Site 52 - U14 Gympie Arterial
Site 54 - U14 Gympie Arterial
Site 55 - U14 Gympie Arterial
Site 62 - U18B Western Arterial
Site 64 - U18B Western Arterial

Tenderers price is to be inclusive of:
* Site Establishment / Disestablishment of all people, plant, and equipment;
* Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements;
* Asphalt pavement works;
* Bitumen sealing works;
* Road surface delineation;
* All labour, supervision, and associated travel costs (including tolls);
* All industrial relations and enterprise bargaining agreements;
* Design, implementation, and review of an approved Traffic Management Plans, including Traffic Guidance Schemes;
* Maintenance of plant and equipment;
* Replacement parts and accessories for profilers, bobcats and so on;
* Removal of materials from site, including dumping fees;
* The availability of contingency plant;
* All regulatory and legislative requirements;
* Portable lighting; and
* All other associated costs.
