The University of Sydney is Seeking Expressions of Interest from Sydney Business Operators to Supply

⁠⁠⁠The University of Sydney is seeking Expressions of Interest from Sydney business operators to supply coffee beans, take away sustainable cups, crockery, coffee machine, grinder and outdoor umbrellas. Initial and on going training to baristas are expected.

Operators must be fully equipped to support a high volume of take away and inhouse business. It is anticipated that the restaurant would serve 1000 hot beverages per day (700 coffees). The business core hours are 7am-7pm Monday to Friday.

We would like the nominated operator to ensure that all efforts must be made to source locally and or sustainable sourced produced ingredients.
