The following schedule of works has been identified as being required for the completion of an electrical upgrade for Burren Junction School Of Arts Hall located at 19 Waterloo Street, Burren Junction, NSW 2386.
Description:
* Upgrade power supply to hall as will be required for proposed new supper room and kitchen power requirements.
* Install new 3 phase 100 amp aerial service, mains and switchboard.
* Install 3 phase sub main and distribution board in supper room to replace existing switchboard (from main switchboard meter box).
* Wire power supplies from new distribution board to air conditioners, fans, stove, hot water heater, power outlets, lights and dedicated circuits for bien marie and urns.
* Quote to wire exterior lights.
* Allow to disconnect and make safe wiring on sections of building to be demolished.
