Tender Description
15-0094 - The Civil Works contract will involve the reconstruction of approximately 700 metres of Sandergrove Road, via construction of a new asphalt overlay wearing surface, bike lanes, roadside carparking, pedestrian footpaths, median island pedestrian crossing, kerbing, driveways, stormwater management system, and placement of irrigation conduit.
A concurrent separate Landscape contract will be run. The Landscape Works contract will involve the construction of an irrigation system, planted garden beds, seating, heritage wayfinding signage, and bollards.
