Tender Description
The Tender shall be for the construction of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and include, but are not limited to the following:
1) Site Establishment, including security fencing of construction site, provision of site office.
2) Earth Works, including mound shaping, site levelling & contouring, excavation
3) Drainage, including storm water, water harvesting treatments/ gardens etc.
4) Concrete works including construction of new path works, pram crossings, footings etc.
5) Removal of weeds & seeding & establishment of grass areas
6) Building construction
7) The supply and installation of specific playground equipment
8) The supply & construction of timber items
9) Installation of furniture including seats, picnic shelters and BBQ units inclusive of a power supply.
10) Supply and installation of an electrical supply and distribution of electrical to areas requiring power and lighting.
11) Connection and distribution of a water supply from Council's existing meter
12) Supply and installation of softfall material.
13) The construction and establishment of garden bed and lawn areas, including edging and mulching
14) Planting of shrubs, trees and groundcover plants
15) Supply and installation of irrigated turf areas
16) The design and installation of irrigation works,
17) The supply of as constructed drawings
18) Establishment and Maintenance period
19) Defects period
