SunWater is seeking Offers for the construction works associated with the fit-out of SunWater’s office relocation to Green Square North Tower, 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley. SunWater are relocating their existing Brisbane office from 3,789sqm on levels 9, 10 and 11 at 179 Turbot St to 3,000sqm on level 9 and part of level 10 at 515 St Paul’s Tce, Fortitude Valley. The design objectives for SunWater’s new workplace are to align with SunWater’s organisational values.
Some preliminary design principles for SunWater’s new workplace include;
* Density of 1 workpoint per 12 sqm;
* Allow for a variety of flexible work and breakout areas;
* Be visually interesting and engaging without being over whelming;
* Encourage interaction and collaboration naturally;
* Enable a progressive, high-performance culture, and
* Meet all business functionality requirements.
