500.2018.0091 - Whitsunday Regional Council is inviting suitably skilled and qualified applicants to submit a fixed price tender for the construction of the Bowen Recycled Water Main and the Bowen Sewage Pump Station 1 (SPS1) to Bowen Sewerage Treatment Plant (BSTP) upgraded sewer rising main.

This work involves the construction of new recycled water main DN300 and DN150 to extend the recycled water network from Mullers Lagoon Parkland to the Bowen Sportsground in western Bowen. The works also entail the construction of upgraded DN450 sewer rising main to replace existing, with the existing DN300 UPVC main to be decommissioned and repurposed as recycled water main in sections.
