Tender Description
The customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
* Understanding health service wide facility options that will enable Clinical Services to be delivered to 2030, taking into consideration matters including, but not limited to, recommendations outlined in the ‘GCHHS Future Services and Locations’ document, infrastructure requirements and estimated cost;
* Identifying a preferred option(s) for future development of new health services wide facilities, and expansion and/or modification of existing facilities, including timeframes and / or phasing;
* Developing and documenting a Facility Master plan to inform GCHHS strategic planning processes, the long term master plan and associated consultation processes.
Primarily based on the “GCHHS Future Services and Locations” document the deliverables will be:
* Draft “GCHHS High Level Facility Master Plan” document that includes:
* Recommended option(s) for location(s) of facilities, including phasing where applicable;
* Concept Site Plans;
* Site/block plans with approximate size shape, location and orientation of buildings; and
* High level service infrastructure requirements/upgrades and locations (e.g. water, gas)
* Consideration and identification of transport connections
B. High level cost estimates for the facility master plan, including estimates for each facility / and / or phase.
