Water Playground Testing & Mtce (Specific Sites)

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking a Contractor to conduct twice daily water testing and maintenance of its water playgrounds.

The Principal has two (2) water playgrounds where works shall be conducted; Ngarkal Beach North Coogee and Junction Boulevard at Cockburn Central.

Testing shall be conducted in accordance with the Department of Health guidelines.

The system shall be tested and commissioned daily to ensure it is operating efficiently and in compliance with Department of Health Guidelines.

Records are required to maintained and submitted to the Principal.

The Contractor; under the proposed Contract, will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, chemicals, transportation/cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the works/services.

The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
