Redland City Council is seeking to establish a Register of Prequalified Suppliers for Electrical Repairs, Maintenance, Installation and Data Cabling Services at various locations throughout Redland City.
These services will be required on the Mainland, North Stradbroke Island and the Southern Moreton Bay Islands of Russell Island, Karragarra Island, Lamb Island, Macleay Island and Coochiemudlo Island.
This Register of Prequalified Suppliers is to provide suitably experienced, qualified, licensed and equipped personnel to undertake works associated with repairs, maintenance, installs and data cabling services.
Locations include, but are not limited to, Administration Buildings, Depots, Community Halls, Toilet Blocks, Customer Service Centres, Libraries, Sporting and Aquatic Venues, Parks and Foreshore Facilities, Jetties and Pontoons.
Contractors may nominate for one or more categories of work, provided they are appropriately qualified and hold the relevant/current Queensland Electrical licence where applicable.
Categories are broken down into three (3) Separable Portions:
* Separable Portion 1 – General Electrical Repairs, Maintenance, Inspections & Minor Installs
* Separable Portion 2 – Electrical Installations - Major
* Separable Portion 3 – Data Cabling Services
