Blacktown City Council (BCC) is shortly to implement a workplace and change strategy to support how it may define its future office in the development of a new commercial office. Until this is achieved, there is the need for implementing a reasonable standard of refurbishment to its current offices. This is aimed at managing an increase in staff numbers, but also a precursor to creating a more contemporary office environment.

Council is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities to provide change management services to support the implementation of its accommodation strategy.

The role of Change Manager is expected to require input of 15 – 20 hours per week but may vary depending on the type and function of tasks being attended to.
