Design and Construct Catenary Lighting Structure - Bulcock Street, Caloundra

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the design and construction of a lighting structure (Catenary Structure) at Bulcock Street, Caloundra.

Council will engage one Principal Contractor, but is seeking the services of leading and innovative architects / landscape architect / artists / engineers / quantity surveyors and contractors to form a comprehensive team of sub-consultants to provide resolution of existing concept design, finalise detailed design documentation and construct an overhead lighting structure.

This design and construct contract will include, but not be limited to:
* Resolution of Council’s concept designs.
* All necessary investigations, analysis and designs, required to obtain approvals and permissions from all relevant statutory agencies.
* An analysis of the whole of life costs, in order for Council to consider capital expenditure preferences, such as material selection and design, together with ongoing maintenance costs.
* Construction of approved design.
