D&C New RWRM, Distribution PS, New 2.4ML RW Storage Reservoir

⁠⁠⁠Contract Number: 100018-9000726 for the Design and Construction of the New Recycled Water Rising Main, Distribution Pump Stations and New 2.4ML Recycled Water Storage Reservoir.

Parkes Shire Council are seeking suitably qualified organisations with the capability and experience to tender for the detailed design and construction of the following items associated with the delivery of the new Parkes Shire Council Recycled Water Scheme:
* 11.8km pipeline ranging in size from DN300 to DN100
* 2.4ML recycled water storage reservoir
* 50l/s AWRF transfer pump station
* 70l/s distribution pump station
* 54l/s booster pump station

A MANDATORY site visit will be held on Wednesday 11th July 2018.

The meeting place for this site visit will be the conference room of the Aastro Dish Motor Inn located at 10-16 Bogan St, PARKES NSW 2870 commencing at 10.30am and concluding at 4.30pm.

Failure to attend the MANDATORY site visit will automatically preclude the submission of a tender for this project.

This site visit is not a general industry briefing about the project and it is intended for prospective Respondents to this tender only.

In addition, a non-mandatory meeting will be held on the 20th July 2018 allowing Tenderers an additional opportunity to ask question in relation to the tender and inspect the site should this be required.

Please ensure that all attendees to both site inspections have correct PPE including steel cap lace up boots, high visibility vests, long sleeve shirts and long pants for both meetings.
