Energy Queensland Corporation Limited (Energy Queensland) is seeking submissions from individuals and companies that have the necessary expertise and resources to be included on a panel of preferred training professionals for the delivery, assessment, facilitation, and development of accredited and non-accredited training services.

Energy Queensland’s policy is to maintain a panel of preferred providers to meet its needs for these services across the Corporation. The Request For Tender document describes the needs of Energy Queensland in this regard and the requirements to achieve preferred status.

Appointment to the panel will be on an ongoing basis with a regular review of existing and potential panel participants.

Energy Queensland will not be entering into any contractual arrangements with sole traders for the provision of this type of service.

The scope of the services required are outlined below;
Plant & Equipment Operation:
a) CPCCLDG3001A Licence to perform dogging
b) CPCCLRG3001A Licence to perform rigging basic level
c) CPCCLRG3002A Licence to perform rigging intermediate level
d) CPCCLRG4001A Licence to perform rigging advanced level
e) TLILIC3008 Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane (up to 20t)
f) TLILIC2001 Licence to operate a forklift truck
g) TLILIC2005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres ore more)
h) TLILIC0012 Licence to operate a vehicle loading crane (10m tonnes and above)
i) TLILIC3006 Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane (greater than 3 tonnes capacity)
j) Crane Code Refresher 1:
a. For holders of one or more of the following prescribed occupations:
  i. VLC, Dogger, Rigger (Basic, Intermediate & Advanced)
k) Crane Code Refresher 2:
a. For holders of one or more of the following prescribed occupations:
  i. Non-slewing mobile crane with a capacity of more than 3 tonnes
  ii. Slewing mobile crane with a capacity of 20 tonnes or less
  iii. Slewing mobile crane with a capacity of 60 tonnes or less
  iv. Slewing mobile crane with a capacity of 100 tonnes or less
  v. Slewing mobile crane with a capacity of more than 100 tonnes
  vi. Vehicle loading cranes with a capacity of 10 metre tonnes or more
  vii. Dogger, Rigger (Basic, Intermediate & Advanced)
