Demolition of 92 MacArthur Avenue and Adjacent Sites

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the demolition of 92 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton and adjacent sites.

The tender scope includes:
* Demolition of the existing structures on Site
* Demolition of the foundations and flooring for Priority Area A;
* Termination of all services;
* Stormwater;
* Make site safe and level following demolition and service removal;
* Removal of all materials including asbestos resulting from the demolition;
* Installation of erosion and sediment controls;
* Site remediation as required by the RAP;
* Minor construction activities to make the site useable as a storage yard and/or for parking of light vehicles; and
* 12 months maintenance and watering.
