Maintenance Services of Mechanical Services, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning

⁠⁠⁠The University wishes to invite suitably qualified businesses to submit a response for the supply of Planned, Preventative & Statutory Maintenance Services of Mechanical Services / Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning including Full Function Fire Test (Scheduled Interface Testing) as described in the issued RFT documentation.

UC's existing Facilities Management agreement delivers planned and unplanned corrective maintenance services to all the facilities on campus. UC Campus Estate plan to move away from having an integrated FM services approach to manage and maintain the facilities via direct engagement of separate building services to deliver planned, preventative and statutory maintenance services on campus.

A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday 4 July 2018, commencing sharply at 2.30 to 4.00pm at Building 9, room 9A1, UC Campus.
