Tender Description
The Dover Street Reserve project aims to improve the open space provision within the suburb of Blair Athol to support the urban renewal undertaken by the SAHT and the future development of the area. This new open space should provide regional stormwater management benefits through a detention basin as well as providing usable landscaped open space, recreation and community function for the surrounding community.
