⁠⁠⁠The Tender shall cover the design, fabrication, supply, construction, commissioning and accreditation of the All Abilities Play Space Ablutions Facility and shall include the following but not limited to:
Building Permit application including all associated drawings and documents;
Detailed drawings suitable for construction including all floor levels and grades
Structural Drawings suitable for construction
Hydraulic Drawings suitable for construction
Electrical Drawings suitable for construction
Changing Places facility detailed drawings and set out
Structural Engineering Certification
Building Surveyor Certification (Certificate of Design Compliance)
Structural Engineer confirmation (letter) of the structures capacity to handle the demand load weight of the ceiling hoist (200 KG)

Design and construction compliance with Changing Places specification to a standard that achieves accreditation by the City's Consultants, Code Group (for the Changing Places Ablution Facility element of the works).

Fixtures and fittings that comply with Changing Places specifications (for the Changing Places Ablution Facility element of the works).

Brochures for all proposed fixtures and fittings are to be retained and presented for the purpose of accreditation assessment.
