Tender Description
500.2018.0083 - Council is calling for tenders to demolish the building located at 83 - 85 Main Street Proserpine Q 4800 to enable the construction of new administration building and carpark to service with wider Proserpine region.
Following negotiations between the Queensland State and Council, a new administration building will be constructed and is currently progressing through the concept design phase. To enable this to occur the existing building located at 83-85 Main Street Proserpine Street must be demolished.
