Potential uses include Residential use and, subject to planning approval, Childcare Centre, Medical Centre and Professional Consulting Rooms.

Former Use: Built for use as a residential home in 1971. Purchased by the City in 2007 and remodelled for use as office space by City until 2017.

Land description: Slightly irregular shaped lot, level with the road and faces north west.

Improvements: Dwelling constructed in 1971 and renovated with additions in late 2000.
