Expression of Interest - Rural Licence Agreement - Agistment Only

⁠⁠⁠Bathurst Regional Council has available for a rural license a 2.4 ha (approx.) rural block located along Church Lane, Kelso. The license term will be 12 months with a 12 month option (at Council’s Discretion). A map outlining the area available for license can be collected from Council’s Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre or downloaded below.

A bond deposit of $1,000 will be payable and held in Council’s trust during the term of the license. A Public Liability Insurance Policy of $20 million over the licensed area will also be required.

Approved maximum stocking rates of either 2 Horses or 3 cows or 10 sheep.

Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 22.00487 in a sealed and marked envelope “Expression of Interest - Church Lane” by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 3 July 2018 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre. Please include any previous leasing history and proposed license payment GST inclusive.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of expressions of interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
