Specification for the Sale of Vehicles

⁠⁠⁠Quotations in writing are invited for the purchase of vehicles as outlined on the attached Vehicle Quotation Forms and in accordance with the following conditions:
1. All prices quoted shall include GST.
2. If your quotation is accepted, the vehicle/s will be available for collection as soon as full payment has been received.
3. The speedometer reading may, by the date of purchase, exceed that observed at the date of inspection.
4. No claim for damages will be accepted by Council and no warranty action expressed or implied is valid for this vehicle.
5. Quotations not on the correct form may be rejected.
6. Council retains the right to remove the nudge bar/bull bar assembly and any minor items from the vehicle.
7. Any quotation received will be deemed fixed and binding. Errors or omissions on the part of the purchaser will not be the responsibility of Council.

Quotations must be sealed and endorsed “Quote (Insert Relevant Quote No) Purchase of Motor Vehicle”. Quotations must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Council Administration Office, Level 2, Max Centre, Heber Street, Moree, emailed to council@mpsc.nsw.gov.au or may be faxed to 02 6752 3934. Confidentiality of faxed quotations cannot be guaranteed. All quotations must be received by 4.00pm on Wednesday, 27 June 2018.
