Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for Q128-18 Bankstown Basketball Stadium Fire System Upgrade Building Works being:
1. Building works
The scope of works generally includes:
* Supply and installation of handrails, stair modifications and tactile indicators.
* Supply and installation of all carpentry including timber stairs, fire rated doors and door frames, door fire seals, aluminium framed glazed doors and door hardware components in this project.
* Plasterboard linings and painting to the storeroom, internal carpentry and doors, steelwork and all internal metal work.
* Supply and installation of all electrical services including lights and emergency lighting.
* Supply and installation of all signage decals and line marking.
* Provision of Maintenance Manuals, Certifications and Warranties.
In accordance with clause 2.5 Council retains the right to award the contract on a separable portions basis. Tenderers may submit prices for one or more of the separable portions.
