The purpose of this RFQ is to select a qualified contractor to perform an end of project Evaluation report that will contribute to the preparation of an Implementation Completion and Results report (ICR) for the World Bank.
The project, Capturing Coral Reef and Related Ecosystems Services’ (CCRES) is an initiative funded by for a World Bank/Global Environmental Facility (GEF) /The University of Queensland (Australia).
The Contractor will assess the overall performance of the program in delivering on the anticipated overall project goals and results.
