Expression of Interest Agistment of Land

⁠⁠⁠AlburyCity is seeking Expressions of Interest for the agistment of two parcels of land suitable for horses.
* Part Lot 2 117908 Padman Drive, Albury of 7.5ha approx; and
* Lot 1013 DP 753326, 592 Lyne Street, Lavington of 600sqm.

These parcels of land are available separately under a two year agistment licence agreement, with an option for a further term.

EOI should include stock numbers and the nominated fee willing to pay.

The highest fee nominated will not necessarily be successful.

Public liability insurance of $20 mill is required.
