Lithgow Halloween 18

⁠⁠⁠Plans are currently underway to make Lithgow Halloween 18 the best Halloween yet and Lithgow Tourism would like you to be involved.

Lithgow Tourism is calling for expressions of interest in the following categories:
* Hot Food Vendors - Surveys conducted at Halloween 17 indicated that there was a strong desire for more rapid service street food. To address this issue local businesses will be encouraged to participate and provide good quality takeaway street food. Expressions of interest are sought from retail stall holders and all local food businesses interested in participation in Halloween 18.

* Entertainers/Buskers - Timeslots and positions for entertainers and buskers will be available during the Lithgow Halloween 18 festival providing an ideal place for local talent to showcase and market themselves to thousands of festival attendees.

* Community Groups and Individuals - Groups or individuals wishing to be involved in Lithgow Halloween 18 are invited to submit their expressions of interest.

* Volunteers - Every great event relies on great people and volunteers are crucial to the smooth running of Lithgow Halloween. If you would like to be part of the volunteer team for Lithgow Halloween 18 or other events, please register as a volunteer with Lithgow Tourism.

Lithgow local businesses are encouraged to take part in Lithgow Halloween 18 and they are invited to contact Lithgow Tourism to discuss their involvement and opportunities.

Centennial Coal and McDonalds are already on board as valued sponsors for Halloween 18 with more sponsors to be announced in coming weeks, but to deliver an event that both the community and visitors expect, more sponsors are required. Potential sponsors can obtain a sponsorship prospectus and discuss sponsorship opportunities by contacting Lithgow Tourism.
