Request for Tender 16-19 Construction Stage 1 Sports Field & Amenities Building for the Fairfield Showground Redevelopment.
Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) with appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability. We are looking for organisations who can deliver best value for money in the Construction of Stage 1 Sports Fields and Amenities Building in the Fairfield Showground Redevelopment.
Stage 1 will include the construction of three new sports fields (AFL/cricket field, international football field and synthetic football field), an amenities building and mound seating between the football fields. It is expected that the Contractor will furnish all plant, equipment and materials (either consumable, temporary or permanent), labour, supervision and professional services necessary to complete the works.
