Byron Shire Council ('Council') is inviting tender submissions for the operation and venue management of the Byron Tennis Courts located at the corner of Tennyson & Carlyle Streets Byron Bay.  The successful Tenderer will be granted a five (5) year lease with an option (at Council's discretion) of a five (5) year renewal.  The Lease will commence on 7 January 2019.

All persons submitting a tender MUST attend a "compulsory" site inspection on 21 June 2018 commencing at 1 pm and concluding at 2pm.  All persons attending must register with Council, by contacting the Contact Person, by 4pm on 20 June 2018.
