Expression of Interest St. Joseph Syro-Malabar Parish Perth is requesting Expression of Interest to tender for three buildings and a car park on our site on Lot 18(347) Kelvin Road, Orange Grove. Construction to start by August 2018.
Areas as per below:
Church: 1,000sqm
Hall: 800sqm
Podium (covered and uncovered): 750sqm
Car park:
65 cars + 35 overflow
Presbytery: 300sqm.
