Tender - On Street Parking Management

⁠⁠⁠The Lane Cove Council (Council) is responsible for maintaining essential community infrastructure and delivers a wide range of services to the Local Government Area (LGA) including car parking management. The Lane Cove CBD is a vibrant community hub that embraces retail, commercial and lifestyle activities integral to the local economy. As Lane Cove continues to grow by attracting new family and business visitors, Council recognises the importance of delivering fairness and equity of access to Lane Cove's parking assets now, and for the future. The existing in ground parking sensor inventory is redundant and needs to be replaced with new technology to achieve Council's aims as stated above.

Council is calling Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of an integrated system of parking management and technology to deliver Council's on street parking in the Lane Cove CBD and St Leonards precincts. The integrated system must include the following deliverables: Finance NSW accredited enforcement, highly accurate parking bay sensor technology, back to base communication and robust and user friendly management reporting.
