Tender Rapids Landing Public Open Space

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with Part 4, Clause 11(1) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 where tenders require to be publicly invited, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking responses from appropriate suppliers to undertake the supply and installation of hard and soft landscape and irrigation works at the Rapids Landing Public Open Space.

A copy of the Request for Tender documents (RFT) can be obtained from Helen Whitbread by calling (08) 9780 5284 or emailing amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au (including a note of the RFT reference number RES/141 in the email subject).

Please note that once you have obtained a copy of the RFT documents any clarifications you require in relation to the content or requirements of the RFT should be issued in writing to the attention of Helen Whitbread at amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au no later than 4pm AWST, Wednesday 27 June 2018.

Please note that the site meeting originally scheduled for 11.00 am Tuesday June 12, is now scheduled for 11.00 am Friday 22 June.

All tenders are to be received by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River before the closing deadline of 2pm AWST, Thursday 12 July 2018.

No late tenders will be accepted.

Tenders must be lodged electronically to amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au The email subject must include the RFT reference number. If the Tender items are too large to deliver via email a drop box link can be supplied to the Principal by the Tenderer. The drop box link must, however, be lodged electronically via the aforementioned email address.

Should Tenderers have any queries with regards lodging Tenders, the person as nominated as the Contact Person for this Request can be contacted.

Canvassing of the Elected Councillors or Officers will result in immediate disqualification of the relevant Tender.
