⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Gnowangerup are seeking expressions of interest from person/groups interested in purchasing Lot 517 Carpenter/Vaux Streets, Ongerup.

Lot 517 is 1,285m2 in area and was previously the Ongerup Police Station and Courthouse. The property has access to electricity, water supply, bottled gas and telecommunications. The buildings are serviced with an onsite effluent disposal system.

The property is sold in an "as is" condition. The property is presently being rezoned to Residential by the Shire to facilitate its future redevelopment for housing purposes.

The market value established in the valuation report prepared by the Shire in June 2017 was $50,000.

Expressions of Interest shall be in writing and addressed to Shelley Pike - Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Gnowangerup, 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup WA 6335 and must be received by 2pm on Friday 6 July 2018. The expression shall include details on the purchaser and the amount offered (excl. GST).
